Nata Aliyeva is a consultant and knowledge management practitioner with over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to consulting, Nata held several leadership positions within the global IT training group at British Petroleum, where she served as Project Manager for a complete overhaul of the onboarding processes for BP’s second largest profit center. She has lived and worked in the UK, USA, Trinidad & Tobago, Lithuania and Azerbaijan.

Joel Alleyne has considerable experience leading knowledge management (KM) projects and information systems implementations for international clients in the non-profit sector, insurance, law, health care, financial services, professional services and all levels of government. His KM expertise spans the entire systems development life-cycle – from strategic planning to systems design, development, integration and implementation. Joel is also an educator in the field, teaching graduate-level courses as a practitioner-in-residence at the University of Toronto.
